Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. We live upstairs in our 1730-house. Situated by Strøget- the best area “Pisserenden”(The Marais of Denmark).This hidden gem is the epitome of HYGGE!

The space

It may be we have the nicest guests – in the world – and even though they flatter us to embarrassment – we believe they tell the truth in their wonderful reviews of our little hidden gem. We are VERY proud of them all because we take great honor in making you feel at home here – with us.

The great outdoors

Benches, table and sofa – and of course the hanging chair -are yours – and yours only- there is also a small BBQ – and some pretty cozy garden lights – very “hygge” ! And VERY unique for Copenhagen.
Feel free to use the whole of this house’ all private GARDEN -that we are lucky enough to not share with anyone else but our guests.

There is an all private entrance – through the old 1730’s carriage gate to the garden. From the apartment there is a door in to the yard/garden.

Living room:

You will find a comfy designer sofa – and 2 Danish design teak chairs – If you need 2 seperate sleeping situations – the sofa could totally work as a single bed.
There is a nice flat screen Samsung “the frame” tv – a bluetooth speaker and mind you, this room has that perfect cocktails before going out vibe.

Bedroom:

Extremely comfortable medium firm big bed – and quality bedding.
The curtains are electric – and with a mere push on a button the room becomes totally dark and all ready for nap-time.

Bathroom:

This room is fairly large and spacious – and has a splendid spa-vibe too it.
An All new brass rain-shower from Hans Grohe.
From here you can enter the walk in wardrobe – that features lots of shelves and hangers AND a very soft carpet for your bare tootsies.
Underneath the living room – there is a renovated and beautiful medieval wine cellar, that used to belong to the old “Teglgården” (brick farm) that was once situated on this spot.
